HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

The Company will, as a minimum, comply with the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work, etc. Act 1974, the management of Health & Safety Regulations 1992 and all other legislation relevant to health, safety and welfare in the United Kingdom or similar legislative obligations in other countries in which it operates. In particular, it will ensure adequate resources to provide and maintain, so far as is reasonably practicable.

Where the Company shares premises or a workplace with other parties, all reasonable steps will be taken to co-ordinate our activities with those taken by such other parties in order to comply with the requirements of Health and Safety Legislation.

It is the duty of all directors, managers and supervisors to enforce this policy and ensure that everything reasonably practicable is done to support its implementation by setting objectives and monitoring performance.

All employees and contractors have a duty to ensure that they act responsibly to prevent injury to themselves, fellow-employees and other parties and to co-operate with the Company in the implementation of this policy.

It is the Company's view that effective control of health and safety can only be achieved through maximum co-operation. Consultation with employees, customers and other affected parties is considered essential to promote co-operation and participation on all matters related to health, safety and welfare.

Management review this policy and the Health and Safety Management System will be undertaken periodically, intervals between reviews being no greater than one year.
